These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Metric Mango website (metricmango.com) and any analytics consulting services provided by Metric Mango ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Metric Mango provides analytics consulting services including but not limited to: measurement audits, GA4 and GTM implementation, consent and privacy compliance, dashboarding and reporting, BigQuery and data pipelines, and training and enablement. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.

3. Free Consultations

We offer free 30-minute discovery calls to discuss your analytics needs. These consultations are provided without obligation. Any recommendations made during a discovery call are general in nature and do not constitute a formal engagement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Metric Mango and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

For paid engagements, deliverables (reports, configurations, documentation) become your property upon full payment unless otherwise specified in the statement of work.

5. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to analytics accounts, websites, and relevant systems
• Provide accurate information about your business requirements
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines
• Ensure you have the legal authority to grant access to the accounts and data involved

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client data, analytics configurations, and business information as confidential. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and best practices in all our work, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, traffic increases, or revenue improvements. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual proposals or statements of work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date. We will provide all completed deliverables and facilitate a smooth handover.

10. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or submit false information through our contact or booking forms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
